- Update Go from 1.19 to 1.24
- Update cert-manager from v1.10.0 to v1.16.2
- Update linode client from v1.9.3 to v1.52.1
- Update Kubernetes client from v0.25.2 to v0.31.3
- Update Alpine from 3.16 to 3.20
- Remove outdated OpenTelemetry replacements
